Once your order has been placed, it's final. Allow 1-2 days for your order to be process before delivery. Your order should reach you in 2-4 working days (excludes weekends & holidays), depending on the mode of delivery.
1. Courier (Pickupp)* Default Shipping
Courier provider (Pickupp) would be charge at a flat rate of $6. We apologies for this default mode of delivery to prevent lost of mail and parcel. This mode of delivery enble cusotmers to get real-time tracking of their parcel Pickupp(Courier) .
Delivery is only available within Singapore. Tracking Number will be provided once we dispatch your parcel to our courier team.
Your orders should reach you within 4 hours of dispatch. Do note that orders receive after 3pm will be arrange for the next day delivery. For urgent delivery kindly contact us at 90255421.
2. Registered Postage within Singapore*
Registered Postage would be charge a flat rate if $3 (only for accesories).
Registered packages will be sent via Singpost. Your order should reach you in 2-3 working days after mailing.
Registered packages can be tracked using the tracking number at www.singpost.com
WRONG ITEM DELIVERED/ DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org , and we will advise you on the returns accordingly.
To qualify for the return, please ensure that:
1) the item is unworn/unwashed
2) the item is in a brand new condition.
Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request.
A one-to-one exchange of the same item in the same color and size will be proceed once we received the returned parcel. In the event that the item/s you originally purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be processed.
* Discrepancy of 0.5" - 1" will not be considered as a defect * (Measurements are to be taken when item is laid flat)
*Color on your monitor/phone may be slightly different from the color of the goods due to the monitor mode and settings.
Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Love.PrettyPlus+ reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
In an event that your parcel bounces back to us, for any reason, Love.PrettyPlus+ will contact you personally.
Postage cost will be borne by the customer should it be due to "Unclaimed at PO/ Incorrect/ Insufficient Address" etc.
If it was an error made by Love.PrettyPlus+, we will bear the re-delivery cost.
Love.PrettyPlus+ retains the right to keep any bounced mail that remains unclaimed after 2 Months, and we will not be further liable for it.
