DELIVERY AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
We will receive your order, once you have made payment through our website. Once we received your order, we will take about 1-2 days to process your orders and the items will reach you in about 2 working days (exclude Sundays & Public Holidays).
- Courier (Janio)
Courier provider (Janio) charge a flat rate of $4 for courier services. This mode of delivery enables customer to get real-time tracking of their parcel. Delivery is only available within Singapore. You will receive a text from Janio once we dispatch your parcel.

If you made the decision to arrange self-collect, once you have ordered, please Kindly WhatsApp us at 90255421. We will provide you with the exact location. Self-Collection will be in Jurong.
Exchange and Return Policy
Once you received the parcel, please kindly try them out and see if it fits you well, and also check if we send the right items to you and check for any defects. Any issues we do provide exchange within 14 days once you receive the parcel. Please Kindly WhatsApp us at +65-90255421 with your order number. Please read the following procedures, before sending the WhatsApp message.
Strictly no exchange for sales items.
Exchange and return for:
- The item in different size
- Wrong or defective item sent
To qualify for the return, please ensure that:
1) the item is unworn/unwashed
2) the item is in a brand-new condition.
Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request.
There will be no handling fee for the process of exchange request, however, customer will bear the exchange courier charges and you can request for an exchange of size only once.
In the event if the requested size for exchange is no longer in-stock, you may opt to exchange for another item of the equal/higher value.

Once we receive your WhatsApp Message, there will be 2 ways to go about for doing the exchange.
- By Mail/ Courier
Send the item to be exchanged via SMARTPAC/ REGISTERED MAIL/ COURIER (STRICTLY NO NORMAL MAIL, in the event loss of mail we would not be bearable for it). Please provide us the tracking number or the screenshot of the parcel.
Once we received the parcel, we will send a confirmation to you on the exchange goods, and we will arrange courier to send it to your place. Courier charge will be at $4.
Come by to our place in Jurong for the exchange.
We do not provide cash refunds, refunds will only be in credits with a validity of 2 months.
WRONG ITEM DELIVERED/ DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please drop us an WhatsApp message at 65-90255421 with your order number and a photograph of the item, and we will advise you on the returns accordingly.
* Discrepancy of 0.5" - 1" will not be considered as a defect * (Measurements are to be taken when item is laid flat)
*Color on your monitor/phone may be slightly different from the color of the goods due to the monitor mode and settings.
Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Love.PrettyPlus+ reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
In an event that your parcel bounces back to us, for any reason, Love.PrettyPlus+ will contact you personally.
Postage cost will be borne by the customer should it be due to "Unclaimed at PO/ Incorrect/ Insufficient Address" etc.
If it was an error made by Love.PrettyPlus+, we will bear the re-delivery cost.
Love.PrettyPlus+ retains the right to keep any bounced mail that remains unclaimed after 2 Months, and we will not be further liable for it.
